Holistic Stress Combat Model
for long-lasting healthy changes
Mental Health and Wellness Coaching
in Viljandi town centre and online.
- Chronic stress
- Emotional eating
- Children's and teen's stress
We all experience negative feelings and downfalls occasionally; it is part of healthy living. Contrary to the consumeristic dopamine culture, we are not created to be always happy. We are made to resolve problems, and problem-solving is possible only by using negative emotions like anger, sadness, and fear. Negative emotions are also essential for personal growth (actualization according to Maslow and individualization according to Jung).
But sometimes stress becomes chronic, negative emotions take over, and it's harder to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Chronic stress is sneaky and hard to detect because we use stimulants like sugar, alcohol, coffee, nicotine, etc. to cover stress-related discomfort. Chronic stress is related to relationship issues, addictive behavior, and most health problems because it weakens our immune system. Chronic stress is the reason why we are becoming more and more dependent on modern medicine.
I created the Holistic Stress Combat Model
to help my clients achieve long-lasting healthy changes.
HSCM is inspired by Martin Seligman's PERMA - model
and holistic psychology.
You can book your session via chat or email
or use the automatic booking system below.
The Holistic Stress Combat Model is created for healthy people to prevent mental and physical illnesses. Chronic stress itself is not an illness but is the cause of most health problems, including mental health disorders. People with mental disorders are also welcome to use the service, however, coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medications, which are proper treatments for mental disorders.
